Key Commercial Terms

TOTAL E&P UK Limited will respond to all relevant inquiries for access to the Frigg UK System in accordance with the Oil and Gas UK Infrastructure Code of Practice and will conduct its negotiations in accordance with the DTI Commercial Code of Practice.

TOTAL E&P UK believes that flexibility is the key to meeting customer requirements, and accordingly can offer the level of service appropriate to the requirements of the gas shipper.  Although the service provided can be either bundled (transportation and processing) or unbundled (processing only), due to the integrated nature of FUKA, the terms shown on this website are for a bundled service.

In addition to standard tariff-type arrangements, we are always keen to explore all options including gas and NGL purchase, fuel gas supply and gas banking.

TOTAL E&P UK believes that discussions with potential customers at an early stage provides the best route for identifying the most beneficial / suitable commercial and technical options.

A Confidentiality Agreement will be required to allow the sharing of information. To speed up this process, a standard form agreement is available on this site.
