We seek to provide both attractive terms and conditions and an equitable negotiation process to parties interested in utilising our infrastructure. Below we set out a summary of our terms and conditions for third-parties. This information will form the basis of any commercial relationship, however, individual terms and conditions may vary according to the needs of tie-in parties.
