Performance and Reliability

Elgin/Franklin has an impressive performance record.  As can be seen from the production efficiency chart below, we have maintained an average production efficiency of 83% since our initial year.  Moreover, the 2006 summer shutdown was achieved ahead of schedule and further shutdowns are programmed in 2007.  We work hard to ensure shutdowns are scheduled (as far as possible) to coincide with shutdowns of our export systems through close liaison with operators.  These actions, along with comprehensive maintenance strategies help to maintain high levels of uptime for the platform.
